Bukisa

I have been writing for Bukisa a few months now, and make a little money. I have not put a lot of focus on Bukisa, but I have made payout a few times. Now Bukisa is making some changes, they are going to begin using Google Adsense to pay there writers. I have mixed feelings about this, but I am not going to give up the income. I changed my account over to Google Adsense a few days ago. I am actually showing a little bit of an increase in my income, which is always good. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that people have to click on ads to earn anything, whereas before I was earning on a view basis. I may have an increase as of now, but that could change on a monthly and even daily basis.

Bukisa is a site that I trust, and Google Adsense is a way of being paid that I trust, so why not trust them both together? I am going to continue to work on Bukisa to add to my monthly income. The next few months will show if it was a good choice for Bukisa to change, or if they are going to lose there writers because of less pay.

Squidoo?

In the last couple of weeks I have been trying to read up on sites that have a decent earning potential. Writing is one of the things that I am interested in. I found something on a site about Squidoo. I had actually heard about the site a while back, but did not look into it. I am now interested. I started with two lenses. My most popular one is Saving Money in Your Home, but I actually have not earned anything yet, but I did not know much about putting together lenses when I did it. I was actually considering giving up on the site, but I am determined to make more money online since I need to make my online income increase. I found a great lens that did get me excited about the site. The lens is Are you a a stay at home Mom(or Dad) Interested in Earning a Monthly Income? I read the lens on Squidoo and saw that there may be potential, so I am going to learn more about it and see if I can make Squidoo work for me. If you are a member of Squidoo and want to share your experience, please do. I would like to know what others think about the site.

Off Topic, but I want to share!

I try to share what I am doing as far as my online income, but have not shared much about my personal life. I had to share this. I am pregnant with my first child, possibly twins! I am very excited, and very scared. I am single and this is my very first pregnancy. I know everything is going to be OK though. This just gives me even more to push for to earn money online and at my day job. I use this blog to share more of my online income, but I do have a blog where I share a little more of my personal life if anyone is interested. It is A Personal Financial Journey. The blog is about things that I am going through financially, but I also add a little more of me into the blog. You are all welcome!

Amazon.com

In the last couple of weeks I have began to use some of the Amazon.com widgets and links hoping to increase my online income. I do not have experience with it, so I am learning. I have read about a lot of people actually making a good income doing marketing such as Amazon. I hope I can do that well. If any of you have any advice about Amazon.com please let me know. I accept all opinions.

Last Month went pretty well

In the last month I have began to put my focus more into my online income again, and it is beginning to pay off. It is hard to stay focused all the time, especially when I was working two other jobs and found out I am going to be a mommy. I was very overwhelmed the last weeks or two, but I still worked on line a little each day. I am still not back to where I was a few months ago, but I did have a positive month.

Ehow:

Even though I have not been able to submit any more articles to the site I have still found ways to increase my earnings. I edit a few articles a week, submit to search engines, and promote the articles whenever I can.

Associated Content
:

I did the same with Associated Content that I did with Ehow, but I also submitted articles for up front payment.

Firehow and Bukisa:

These two writing sites are still two of my lowest earning sites, but I do still earn money each month on both sites. I still promote a few articles from each site and submit to them a few times a month.

Inboxdollars
, sendearnings, and mypoints:

These three sites are my favorite sites that do not include writing sites. I actually earn money or gift cards from all three without spending much time trying. I click on my emails through my phone and spend about 2 minutes on these sites each day. I usually make payout on both sendearnings and inboxdollars every three months. Mypoints is even better. In the last month I have earned enough points to get a $25 gift card.

These are a lot of things that I do online, but I also have blogs and other things going on. I am pushing to make more money online because I am 8 weeks pregnant with my first child and single. I do want to be able to spend time with my child without worrying about my finances. This is making me really focus on my online income.

Mypoints Will Be Helping With Christmas

I have been a member of Mypoints for a few months. Mypoints is a site that you read emails and do other things to get points, you then cash in the points for gift cards. I have already received one gift card in August. I decided to let my points build up and cash them in the first week of December. I should have enough to get $50-$70 in gift cards. These gift cards will be a big help for Christmas.

It did not take much to get these points. I read a couple of emails daily, installed the Mypoints search engine, and search a few times a day. I do these very things every day, so why not get compensated for them. Getting an extra $50-$70 for Christmas is a lot of help, and it did not take much to get the points.

Writing, writing, writing

Writing online has been my most profitable venture online by far. I started writing on Ehow about a year and a half or so ago. Since then I have joined Associated Content, Bukisa, and Firehow.

Ehow has made changes to there site, so I no longer write for them. Even though I no longer write for them I make $100 a month in residual income. I do still go to the site and update my work from time to time to keep it up to date, but I do not work on the site much.

Bukisa
is a site that I have not put a lot of work into, but I make a little money on the site every month. I am sure if I would put more work into the site I would probably make quite a bit more, but nothing compared to my other sites.

Associated Content has been one of my top earners with the exception of Ehow. I have made more than I had expected. The only thing I would say about the site is to push for upfront offers. I make money every month from the views, but the upfront offers pay quite a bit more.

Firehow is one site that I feel is a very good up and coming site. The views on my articles have been increasing at a great rate, and my income has as well. If you like to write "how to" articles I recommend this site.

I also use another site to write on occasionally, but I use it more for promoting my articles. The site is Xomba. Xomba is a site that pays you through Google adsense. You can write articles, promote your blog posts, and promote your articles. I use it quite a bit for my blogs and articles. It has pushed me very close to getting my payout on a regular basis. Even if you do not use Xomba for writing, you should use it to promote your work.

I have not had a lot of motivation in the last few months to get to writing, but I am getting my passion back. Once I got through some very difficult times I realized that this is something that I enjoy doing, and I can make a decent income doing it. Writing is something that I will continue doing for a long time, and I hope that I can keep my passion this time, and keep it up.

To anyone wanting to make an income online you should really consider writing. It has been a way for me to make money and express myself through my words. It did take me a little time to get the hang of everything, and start earning, but it has been worth it.

PTC or Pay Per Action Sites

Well PTC (Pay to Click) sites is not something that I usually promote, but I do use a few of the sites. I have to say that I do not earn a great deal of money on these sites. I have came to look at them in a new direction though. I earn more from working 5 minutes a day on these sites than I do off of my savings interest. I usually make on average a dollar or so a week. I know it does not sound like a lot, but that is $52 a year that I did not have before. It is also quite a bit more than the interest in my savings account.

The problem with PTC sites is that you do not know who to trust. Before I discovered writing PTC was my main source of income online. I was scammed by so many that I had to find other options. There are still a few PTC sites that I am involved with, and also a few Pay Per Action Sites. I want to share them with all of you just to give you an option.

Of Course My Favorite Pay Per Action Sites:

Both of these sites have paid me quite a few times, and the payout is $30.

Now My PTC Sites:

ButterflyMails

width="468" height="60" border="0">

OrangeBizs

I have been paid by all of these sites. Butterflymails has paid me every week for the last two years in my paypal account, Myfreeshares pays when you hit $10. I have been having a few problems with Orangebizes though. They used to pay every week, now it is taking a month or so. It actually doesn't bother me because I just let the change build up, then I receive a lump sum.

I am sure that there are other sites that pay, but I wanted to share sites that I have personal knowledge about. With all of the above sites I make $300+ a year. I only spend about 10 minutes a day on all of the sites combined, so I don't feel it is a waste of time.

(The above earning examples is with no more than 3 referrals on the sites. I also have not paid for any upgrades on the sites.)

Working online is beneficial

When I was not working my online income was getting me by. I made enough to pay the couple of bills that I had, and was not even working online much. I had stopped writing, but continued to work on my survey sites such as inboxdollars, sendearnings, mypoints and mysurvey. All of these sites helped me quite a bit. Even if the amount I would receive was a small amount, it still added up.

I have been putting a little time into my online work recently so if the money is needed again, I will have it. My online income will be put to the side so if my life hits rock bottom again there will be some money that will help.

Even if you only do a few things to make money online, it is still beneficial. The gift cards, checks, and paypal deposits will help anyone no matter how big or small it is. I feel that working online is beneficial because it can help you quite a bit when times get hard in your life, and help you save for those times.

My Newest Firehow Article

I have posted a new article on firehow.

If you can learn to run your business in an organized way, you can eliminate some of the problems. It takes some time to build up revenue from a home business, but these tips can help you organize your home business. The organization of your home business can greatly impact your success

How To Organize Your Home Business

Sorry For Not Updating.

Hi everyone I know it has been a few months since I have posted anything on my blog. I have been having a hard time getting myself to do anything. I am doing better now and want to get back into the swing of working online in addition to the two other jobs that I now have. Being single surely has its ups and downs, but I can do it. In the next few weeks I will begin updating on a regular basis, usually on Mondays as far as I can tell now.

My income has went down to less than $100 a month, but that's not bad for not doing anything at all. Ehow is still paying about the same, even though I am no longer writing for the site. I am not pushing to make a fortune online any longer. I am just looking to make a good supplemental income. I am hoping I can share the journey with you all.

At Home Income Weekly Update 4/8/2010

Since I am back working a little more, I am beginning to increase my earnings. I did sell a few things on Ebay, and that definitely increased my earnings. I am having a yard sale next week and whatever I do not sell I will be considering putting that on Ebay if it is worth the time.

The writing has not been a big income for me this week, there has been problems on Ehow that are uncontrollable. That problem has decrease my Ehow income by more than $5 for the week. Associated Content has decreased in views, and Bukisa is not a big earner at all. FireHow has been a good site so far. I have had three featured articles on the site so far. The writing earnings could be more, and I am determined to increase the earnings.

I do have a few other at home income opportunities, and they have been doing fairly well. I am learning that all of the small home incomes do make the income increase. I have almost reached payout on Mysurvey, which is $10. I have reached payout on Mypoints, but I will be letting the points add up. I could cash out at $10, but it is a better value to wait for the $25 gift card.

I am half way to payout on Sendearnings and Inboxdollars. Once I reach payout on these two sites I will have $60 to add to my earnings. That is a great amount for reading a couple of emails each day.

My earnings this week were a little more than $135. If I did not have the Ebay items it would be dramatically decreased, so that was great to have.

Goals for next week:

  • Focus on writing sites other than Ehow
  • Begin to make a schedule again
  • Focus on my work, and not everything else in my life
  • Find ways to increase my earnings by even a small amount

Changes In My Home Income

I have not been online much for the last week, but had a big surprise yesterday when I came online. Ehow is making a very big change, and I am not sure how I will deal with it. There are a couple of options; quit writing for Ehow, begin writing for Demand Studios, or write more for other sites.

I think I am going to choose the last on. I found a great site that is very similar to Ehow, but does not have as many problems. The site is Firehow. I have written 46 articles since I began a month ago, 6 of those were in the last couple of days. In this time I have made close to $3. Some may not think that is much, but it shows the potential of the site. If I continue to write on Firehow as I did on Ehow, I will make more money. More money is always good money when you are trying to make an income from home.

With the changes to Ehow I will still receive the income from the site, and then when I add Fire how the earnings will be quite a bit more. I am currently making around $80 a month on Ehow. If I write the same amount of articles on Fire how I can double those earnings. If I promote the articles on both sites, well you see where I am going with that.

I am very upset about the changes to Ehow. I am still undecided about what I am going to do, but I have options. With there being so many great writing sites on the internet I will be able to continue my writing. This is great to know since my writing is the biggest part of my at home income.

I am Back To Work on My Home Income, and Sharing My March Earnings

I know I have been offline for a few days, and I apologize for that. Now I am back online and ready to start focusing on my at home income. Life has been a little difficult lately, but I am going to work on my at home income so I can reach my goals in life. The next month will be focusing on working from home. I have to get everything back in order and get things back on track.

March has been a pretty good month for my at home income. I had more than a $20 increase on only one of my sites, so that is a great sign for Aprils income. With my ebay sales and other items I have mad more than $165 for the month of March. This amount is getting closer to my goal earnings. I am just trying to learn more things I can do to earn money at home.

April will be a great month for me, or at least I am hoping. I want to focus even more on earning the income that I am hoping for. My focus will be on writing and all of the other online income sites. I will also try to find more things to do from home that do not have to be online. Once I get everything organized again I will be completely focused on my at home income.

Weekly At Home Income Update 3/24/2010

It has been a long week for me, but I have managed to earn a more of an at home income. I have lost some of my concentration due to my recent problems. After I move this week I will be more focused than ever. I am determined to make a full time income from home, and I know I can do it.

The last week had a great increase due to Ebay and MySurvey. I sold a couple of items on Ebay and I did make my payout for Mysurvey. Even all of the writing sites are doing fairly well, and has shown a small increase.

My At Home Income Earnings: $85

The next week will be slow for me. When everything is organized again I will be able to focus on my income more than I ever have before. Thanks to everyone for there support.

I will be away for a few days

I just wanted to apologize to the readers. I will be unable to do any updates for a few days. I have recently discovered that my husband is leaving, so I have to figure out my life. I am completely devastated about the separation and the fact that I am having to move out of my apartment. I just wanted to let you know that I have not gone anywhere, and I will be back updating on a regular basis within a week or two. Thank you for everything.

I will be able to focus on my home income more after this is all over with, and I am hoping that there will be even more things that are positive with this situation.

Featured Article

I have only been a member of Firehow for 10 days, and I have already had two featured articles. I woke up this morning to see my article on the front page, and it gives you a good feeling. I feel like my writing is being appreciated.

I am also enjoying the earnings from Firehow. I have already earned close to two dollars. I have been putting a few articles on every day, and have gotten the views that I need to earn a small amount of money from all of the articles.

I think any freelance writer looking for a place to write "How To" articles should look at firehow. I am also a contributor of Ehow, and love that site as well. I feel like both of the sites together will greatly increase my at home income.

I want to reach the payout by the end of the month, and how earnings has been going I believe that I can. I have $2, so I only need $8 more. It is possible, I will just have to keep submitting articles every day and watch the earnings increase.

Here is my featured article:

Frustrated

I have been trying to make an at home income actively for about six months now. It was not because it was a choice, it was a necessity. I was injured at work and was stuck at home. When my work comp decided not to pay after a month, I was stuck. I was unable to work, but I had to have an income. That is when I began writing online. I am so happy I have found online writing, but I do get frustrated.

My husband works his heart out every day trying to support us. I have been looking for a job, but am unable to travel far because we only have one car. I have applied at all of the businesses within two miles of our apartment, but I am having no luck.

It has bothered me from time to time. It seems to be even more frustrating today, but I cannot pin point exactly why. I want to contribute more to our home. I am used to making a full time income of $25-$30 grand a year, and I am now making a little more than $200 a month. It is a big pay cut, and it can be very frustrating at times.

I have to be positive. We are only a little behind on a few bills, and we are both pretty healthy. Things could be so much worse, and I know it. I pray about it all the time. I do not pray to be rich, but I pray for me to be able to contribute more and we be able to enjoy our lives.

There is a plus side at the moment. I am doing something that I enjoy, and I am doing it from home. It gives us more time to spend with our families, and do other things that we love. I know it will take time to reach my goal home income, and I am working hard to reach that goal.

I know that others that have reached there goal home incomes had to work extremely hard, and be patient. Knowing this I have to do the same. I know it will be 6 months to a year before I truly see an at home income, and I am willing to work on that.

I am sure that everyone that works from home knows exactly what I am talking about. There are points in the process that are just frustrating, and can take a lot out of you. If you are looking for instant gratification the majority of online income sources are not for you. It take time, knowledge, patience, and pure determination to reach your goals.

This post was for me to relieve my mind. I needed to vent to people that understand exactly what I am talking about. It has actually made me feel much better, and I am ready to work. I feel my frustration leaving, and my determination coming back. Thank you for listening.

At Home Income Weekly Update 3/15/2010

My at home income has been pretty good this week. Adsence has began to increase slightly and I have had a small increase on some of my writing sites. I have been unable to publish articles on Ehow the last couple of days, so I have been putting my focus on other writing sites.

I have made payout on Mysurvey, and should receive that this week. That will give me a little increase for next weeks update. I have also made payout on Mypoints, but I am going to let the points build up so I can get a gift card that has more money on it.

My At Home Income Earnings-$26

My Goals For Next Week:

  • Publish more on Ehow if the publishing tool works again.
  • Publish a couple of articles on Associate Content and Bukisa
  • Promote all of my articles on Shetoldme and Xomba
  • Sell a few items on Ebay

Most Popular Firehow

I have only been a member of Firehow for three day, and one of my articles made it to the most popular article. I am pleased with this, and will be posting a lot more articles for this reason. I have been a member of Ehow for over a year, and have never had an article chosen for the front page. To actually get recognized is a great feeling. I am not sure how long the article will be the most popular, but I will be pleased with the time anyway.

Firehow Front Page

My article that has been chosen for most popular

I had this same article published on Ehow for a few months, and did not earn a penny on it. I am now getting great views, and my earnings increase by the minute.

Home Income Weekly Update 3/8/2010

I can't believe that the first week of March is already over, time seems to be flying by. Well this week has been a very positive week for my home income. Most of the sites have shown a small increase, which is always good when you are working from home. The Adsense is still having low earnings, but everything else is doing fairly well.

Home Income Earnings-$28

That is an eight dollar increase for the week, and I am hoping that the following weeks will be even better.

One of My First FireHow Articles

I am now up to 11 Firehow articles in the last two days. I am very pleased with my progress, I have already made more than .20. That is a big plus for me. I wanted to share one of the first articles that I wrote for the site. It is an original article, not taken from my Ehow article library.

How To Make A Living Writing Online

Writing online has become a great source of income for a lot of individuals. There are numerous sites that allow you to write on a variety of different topics. Writing articles such as this one could help you make a living writing online. One thing you should remember is that writing online is not a get rich quick scheme. It does take time, determination, organization, knowledge, and perseverance. There are people making a living writing online, and these steps can help you with your dream.

Read the article in its entirety.

FireHow

I was reading in the Ehow forum about Firehow, and decided to try it. I signed up yesterday afternoon, and transferred three of my Ehow article to the site. I chose articles that are a few months old and had not earned anything. I decided to go and check on the site a few moments ago and I have actually earned .05. I know it is not much, but these articles have been on Ehow for about five months without any earnings.

I do not think this will be a substitution for Ehow, but a great addition. The minimum payout is $10 and the articles are in "How To" format. It took me a total of 5 minutes to transfer those articles over, and I like that there is already a positive to the site.

If you are serious about making an at home income this site can be something to consider. It will make a great addition to other freelance writing sites, and other home income sources.

Monthly Home Income Update

This month has been a difficult month for my home income; Ehow Earnings have been up, Adsense has been down, AC is just bad earnings, and the others together has been doing fairly well. In all my earnings have been doing OK. I am still trying to be patient, because I know that it can take a little time.

The next couple of weeks will be a little slow, I am working on something else. As soon as I have figured if I am going to be able to share it with you all.

For the month of February my home income earnings have been more than $75 .

I will not be putting a lot of focus on my online income over the next couple of weeks, so I will not be posting any goals for the month. I will start again after i finish what I am working on.

Home Income Weekly Update 2/23/10

Well it is that time again. Time for my home income weekly update. I have had a couple of days of discouragement this week, but I am getting through it. My main focus is to make a full time income from home, and it can be a slow process. It also takes a lot of work. I have to keep my focus on what I feel is important; working from home.

This has been another slow week for Google Adsense, but my other online income sources have been doing fairly well. I have made about $20 again this week, which is OK. It is $20 more dollars on my way to reaching my goals. I will be so much happier when I can report a great earning week, and provide an increase in my home income on a regular basis. I am a positive person, I will get there.

Home Income Goals For The Week:

  • Write at least 5 articles for each site
  • Update my Blogs twice
  • Promote all of my articles (Most have been promoted on a regular basis)
  • Find ways to increase my earnings on other sites, not just my writing sites

Plagiarism and Online Writing

Plagiarism is something that all of us online writers have to deal with, and it is very unfortunate. Some of these instances people may not understand what they are doing, and others is just plain stealing our content. When we have articles plagiarized we lose views, and when we lose views we lose money.

What is OK for others to do:

We like the sites that copy our introduction, then link back to our articles. This helps us build backlinks. Backlins help increase our level on search engines, and get more people to view our articles. Any links to our article is a good thing, unless they share the entire article.

What is not OK for others to do:

Plagiarism is not OK at all. This is when someone copies our articles or blog posts without our consent. Even if they make adjustments to the article, it is still your article. I had one person take one of my articles and used words with different meaning throughout, it was still stealing. I had it removed.

What you can do to have these articles removed:

  • Leave comments if they are allowed. Comment on there article or blog post, and provide a link back to the original article. Ask them to remove it immediately.
  • Contact the site and let them know about the incident.
  • Flag the content if you can. Explain why if you are asked.
  • Report the site to Google if they are using Google adsense.
  • Let the site you are writing for know about the situation. If the individual has stolen your content, they have probably stolen others from the same site.
Plagiarism hurts all online writers. It reduces our search engine rankings, it reduces our views, and it makes us lose money. We will never completely stop individuals from stealing our content, but we may slow them down if all of us watch for these issues.

I have personally went through a couple of sites and let the people that originally wrote the content know about the article. It took a little time out of my day, but it was helpful to the writing community.

If you are knew to writing:

It is great for new individuals to begin writing online, but they need to have basic knowledge. To begin with, never plagiarize other peoples work. It is wrong. If you want to use ideas from others, touch on the subject in a completely different manner. If you learn to respect other writers, you will begin to get respect.

Associated Content Clout

I have been writing for Associated Content for a little more than six months, and I have now reached clout level 8. For those of you who do not know, that means I receive a .05 earnings increase on every 1000 views. Instead of making 1.55 per 1000 page views I will make 1.60 per 1000 page views. It may not sound like much of an earning increase, but it adds up with time. I am sure that it I wrote more for Associated Content I would be moving up faster on the clout level, but I have been focusing more on Ehow. With this boost of earnings I may try to write a few more articles on Associated Content in the next few months, I just need to focus more on the upfront offers.

Now I have to focus on reaching clout 9. At clout 9 I will recive an even bigger increase. I will be making $1.75 per 1000 views. Clout 10 pays $2 per 1000, but that requires 1,000,000 views, so it will be a while for that goal.

I just wanted to share my increase with you all. When working on the internet, any increase is a good increase.

Discouragement With Online Writing, and How To Deal With It

In the last couple of weeks I have not received great earnings with my home income. It can be discouraging, but I am getting through it. I felt like I should do a post about how we all can deal with being discouraged with our home income.

I am staying positive by remembering what I am working for. I am working to reach my goal income, to work from home, have the benefits of being able to travel without worrying about finances, and basic financial independence. When I focus on these things I tend to deal with being discouraged much better.

What to remember:

You will not make your goal income in the first month or so working online. It takes time, patience, and determination to reach your goal income. Most people who make a full time income on line have been doing it for a year, or even more. These people worked hard at the things they wanted, and they have began to accomplish there dreams. We can all do the same if we continue to work hard, and remain focused on the dreams we have.

There is money to be made all over the internet, why should we not be sharing in this success. One person is no better than the next; it may just take longer for you to learn the things that others already know. If you do not have the knowledge of one online income source, learn it. There are many free resources online that can help us learn everything we need to know about making money from home.

What you can do to stay focused on your income:

  • Make a list of things you want to accomplish with your earnings.
  • Find visual reminders of the things you want.
  • Keep track of your goals and accomplishments.
  • Do not let people tell you what you cannot do. If you want it, you can do it.
  • Avoid procrastinating.

Home Income Weekly Update

I would have to say that this was not a great week for my home income. I was not very productive. I am having publishing issues on one site, so it has distracted me a little. My earnings are average, so I am glad that my earnings have not decreased. My earnings were a little more than $20 for the week.

My Google adsense earnings have decreased, but that is probably because I have not been focusing on my blogs as much as I should. That is going to change. My blogs have been one of my biggest earners since I began, so I have to remain focused on all of my home income potential.

Helpful Tax Article.

I found an article on Ehow that will help with Ehow taxes. I think the article will help anyone that earns an income online, so I wanted to share it. It was written by Janet Ford.

How to Discover Tax Deductions for Your eHow Income

If you've been taking your ehow article writing seriously, and well you should, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised by the income listed on your 1099 form ehow will send you this tax season. You are responsible for paying taxes on that money as ehow does not hold back taxes since you are a freelancer, not an employee. A great way to offset that is by listing tax deductions applicable to your ehow article writing.

Bukisa Vs Associated Content (View Earnings)

I have been writing for Associated Content for almost a year now. I have published more than 200 articles, and I enjoy the site. I have been writing for Bukisa for about 3 months. These are the two site that I write for where my earnings are based on the views.

I noticed today that there can be a big difference in the earnings of the sites. You can earn more with Associated Content if you get the upfront offers, but that can be hard to do at times. I am comparing the views that I get on the sites, and the pay I am getting for those views. I promote all of the articles on each site in the same way.

Associated Content:

I have 213 articles published.

I earn between .15 and .25 a day on the views

Bukisa:

I have 63 articles published

I earn between .10 and .15 a day on views

I have heard people saying that they are not earning a lot on Bukisa, but from this comparison I do see potential. If I had the same amount of articles published on Bukisa as I did on Associated Content, I would be making between .35 and .53 a day on Bukisa.

Of course there are always other variables on the earnings; SEO, keywords, amount of time the article has been published and how popular the topics are.

There are ups and downs on both sites, but they can be profitable if worked in the proper way. I do not plan on giving up on either site, and recommend both to potential writers. I just wanted to share my experience with the views. After comparing the sites I do see that I need to put more work into each of the sites to maximize my earnings.

Home Income Weekly Earning Update for 2/7/10

I have had an average week with my home income. I have spent a lot of time editing articles, promoting my work, and submitting new articles. I feel that the work will pay off in the long run, and my earnings will continue to increase.

Home Income Earnings were about $20, adsense went down a little for the week.

The focus for next week:

Submitting more content to Xomba, Bukisa, and Ehow. Submit each article to Submitexpress. I will also be submitting each new article to Shetoldme for promoting.

Update blogs 2-3 times for the week.

Xomba and She Told me, They are Earning!

SheToldMe

I have been active with SheToldMe for a little more than a month, and I am seeing my earnings trickle in. I do have 2 people that I have referred, but neither of them have submitted anything. This means that the earnings that I am seeing is coming from the things that I have submitted to SheToldMe. I have submitted more than 500 of my articles on the site. In addition to the earnings that I am making from SheToldMe, I am getting earnings on the articles that I am promoting.

Xomba

I have only been with Xomba for two wees, but I am begining to see earnings from the site. I did not have big expectations from Xomba because I have heard mixed reviews about the site, but I am enjoying it. I have posted 2 Xombytes and 35 Xomblurbs so far. The earnings are small at the moment, but they continue to grow on a regular basis. I am pleasantly surprised with the progress. In the next week I will be posting more on the site so I can increase my earnings.

I use both of the above sites to promote my articles and blog posts. I find them very helpful in getting traffic, and earning from the posts I put on the sites. If you write online these two sites are worth checking out. They make a great traffic tool, and additional earning source.

My At Home Income Monthly Earnings

It is hard to believe that January is over already. Well it has not been a great earning month in some areas, and it has effected the month. My Google adsense has been doing great, with a gradual increase. With more work this month I should make payout plus more.

My writing has been doing average, but one I have seen a big decrease in earnings. They have fixed some problems so I am expecting earnings to go up more in the next month.

January at home income earnings were about $150. It was a disappointing month, but February will be better.

February Goals:

Start one new blog
Promote each blog post
Increase my articles written on each writing site
Focus, there were a lot of distractions this month

Earning Update January 22, 2010

I missed the earnings update for last week, so this will be for two weeks. It has been an up and down couple of weeks. The writing sites have been doing fairly well, and my Google adsense account has been gradually increasing. I do think the promoting is working on some of the writing sites, but I do not think it is working on the AC articles.

Total online earnings for the last 14 days- $81

Xomba

I signed up for Xomba yesterday, It is a site that you can promote other articles on, or write articles. You do have to have a Google adsense account to receive payment. They pay 50% of the adsense revenue. I have heard good things about the site, so I thought I would give it a try.

I am starting to promote my Ehow articles on the site, then I will move on to Associated Content, and Bukisa. With this site in addition to she told me, I feel there will be more revenue coming in to the adsense account and from the articles.

I will share the results with you.

Payment From Inbox Dollars

I received a payment from Inboxdollars today and wanted to share. The check was in the amount of 27.48. This is the third payment i have received from the site, each was about $30.

I enjoy the site because all I do is read the emails and take a survey from time to time. There are other options to earn money, but I usually just take a minute to do those.

I also found another site that works just the same as inboxdollars, it is sendearnings. I signed up a few days ago and already have $7. I have figured, if I work for both sites I will receive payouts around the same time. That will be an extra $60 ever three months. It does not sound like much, but I literally spend less than a minute a day on both sites.

Online Income update For 01/07/2010

I have saw an increase in some areas of my earnings, and a drop in others. In all it has been a fair week. I am expecting a few payments from survey sites, but those earnings will be in the week that I receive payment.

I am excited that it is a new year, and I feel that it will be a promising year.

My first week of 2010's earnings ended up being about $22. I know it could be better, and I feel it will be as long as I continue to work on it.

Direct Sales

If any of you are interested in a Direct Sales business, I have compiled a list of 50. I included the start up, commission, and links to the sites.

Cloud Crowd

Cloud Crowd is a new income site. They pay you to search, verify, or write about different information. They pay per each task you do. You can make anywhere from a few cents a day to a few dollars a day. There is some fairly easy tasks, but the ones that pay more take a little more time. The great thing about the site is that they pay you the day after you complete the tasks. You could actually get a few dollars put into your paypal account every day, if there is work available.

If you are interested give it a try, you do have to have a facebook account to earn from cloud crowd.

2009 Earnings & 2010 Expectations

Happy New Year!

2009 was a pretty good year. I discovered that there is ways to make money online, and I did pretty well since August. I had did a couple of things before August, but that is when I really put a lot into my new found home business.

I made about $600 since August. That is an extra income considering a lot of it was residual. The majority of the earnings was from my writing income on Ehow, Associated Content, and Bukisa. I am involved in a couple of survey sites, but I only make $40 or so a year with them. I stay involved with them because I only spend a minute or so a day earning money with them.

I just recently discovered Google Adsence, and have only made $20 so far. I did not put that in my earning total. I now have three blogs, and put earn from sites like she told me.

2010:

I am planning on making a decent income this year. I am hoping for at least $1000 a month by the end of July, or sooner.

How I plan to reach my goals-

Write more articles on my writing sites
Focus more on SEO when writing
Promote my articles in more ways
Update my blogs regularly, and possibly start a couple of other blogs
Discover more earning opportunities

This is just the beginning of 2010, so I am sure my goals may change during the year. I will share them all with you. I am hoping I can share a true online success story with all of you.
